Failed generation credits

Confirmed generation failures return reserved credits. If acceptance or delivery is uncertain, the task is reconciled first. A credit return is separate from a payment refund.

Payment refund requests

For help with a payment, contact support with the order identifier and describe the issue. Refund eligibility is reviewed against the order, delivered service and applicable consumer rights. A failed-generation credit return is separate from a cash refund.

Configured packs: USD 4.99 for 3 videos (USD 1.66 per video); USD 12.99 for 10 videos (USD 1.30 per video); USD 24.99 for 25 videos (USD 1.00 per video).

Purchases and renewals

One-time packs have no recurring renewal. Check the displayed validity before purchase. If a recurring plan is offered in your account, manage its billing and cancellation from Billing.
