Data we process
We process account email and authentication records, uploaded dog photos, task settings, generated media, task identifiers and support messages to run accounts, private uploads, generation and the video library. When checkout is available, payment details are handled by the selected payment provider; we retain order and entitlement records.
Generation and moderation providers
The current workflow uses MiniMax H3 through Metaso. Required photo and video references and generation instructions are sent to Metaso. SeeAPI checks input text, images and reference videos before generation. These providers process the submitted material under their own terms; this site cannot promise removal from provider systems on a fixed deadline.
Private storage and access
Uploaded and generated files are stored in private storage. Account authorization controls access; time-limited links allow required provider processing. Files are not published in a public gallery.
Retention and deletion
Contact support to request deletion or account closure. We verify ownership and explain any task, transaction or security records retained for reconciliation. We do not promise an automatic deletion deadline for private media. Removing an item from a library does not establish deletion of provider-held copies.
Optional analytics
With your consent, we record pages, clicks, active time and non-private generation settings such as workflow, duration and resolution. We exclude private prompts, free-text creation input, media contents, private media URLs, passwords and credentials from browser analytics. Acquisition records contain restricted campaign tags, referral domains and public paths. Our first-party browser analytics events are retained for 90 days. Google Analytics 4 also receives public page paths and selected interaction names after consent; automatic enhanced measurement and advertising signals are disabled. We omit query strings, account pages, user identifiers and media details from these Google events. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy and retention settings. Change consent in the footer to stop optional collection. Necessary task and credit records support service delivery independently.
